Wednesday, April 09, 2008 ( @ 11:14 PM ) BOOOM! hahah its like a zillion years since ive updated! after so much procrastination and procrastination, tsk. hoho so back again, had the sudden urge to update and yes stir up some form of revival here!:D just had fruitful time w God, and found that i really enjoy spending time just alone with Him:) had many things in mind, but somehow just kept going back to this point about giving and receiving. was thinking abt whether it actually takes more humility to give, than to receive. duno why, but usually always thought it took more to give than to take. it just struck me that actually being on the giving end, doesn mean that i have to have greater humility than if i am the one who's on the receiving end. by receiving it takes a lot more, personally for me.. sometimes i tend to be v si ban and rigid abt certain things, then even when God wants to say something, maybe because of insecurity or even pride, i just close doors, refuse to slow down to listen.:/ really want to thank You for being so patient with me, even though at times when i m being irritating and all. thank You for loving me and honouring me, just as what i am, though im nothing v special. coming into your presence is just so enjoyable, so restoring Lord.<3 no matter what holds, Your presence never fails to reassure and humblify me. :)) [2 Cor 12: 9] but he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. i love You Daddy! 0 comments |
